سلام جدیدا رایانه من دچار ویروس شده اونم از نوع سیریش حالا من هر کار کردم نتونستم از بین ببرمش تا کنون 5 بار ویندوز عوض کردم از اکسپی تا سوون ولی فرقی نکرد از کاسپرسکای 2011 با دیتای اپدیت هم استفاده کردم ولی اتفاقی نیفتاده و همون حالت و ارور هست.
ویندوزم مشکل نصب و اجرا داره
میخوام این برنامه رو نصب کنم این ارورو میده قبلا نصب میکردم و مشکلی نداشت و فقط مشکل در این برنامه نیست چندین برنامه دیگر مثل فایرفاکس هم هست فقط یک چیز متوجه شدم این که در استارتاب ویندوز از نوع رجیستری یک فایلی به نام runonce یه همچین چیزی بود که نه غیر فعال میشد نه چیزی؟؟!
جلوی فعال شدن برنامه ها هم گرفته شده بود و ارور شروع ویندوز هم stand alone file میداد
ارور nsis میده و در هنگام بوت شدن ویندوز دو تا ویندوز میاد در صورتی که من درایوو کاملا فرمت کردم و یک ویندوز نصب کردم.
در بعضی از فایلهای exe یک ارور خواص میده : package for the web eror
و یکبار هم بعداز اسکن و تعمیرات رجیستری یک کادر در صفحه دسکتاب بعداز لوگین امد به این شکل: setting up for microsoft outlook express 6 در صورتی که من اصلا استفاده ای نداشتم.
در حال حاضر اکسپی نصب کردم. خواهشا نجاتم بدید . تشکر فراوان

Driver profiles in Depot help you organize and store valuable information about your drivers (such as driver license expiration dates). Some of this information is required so that Depot can communicate and receive data from other EROAD applications. Driver profiles store driver license number and expiration dates, driver personal identification numbers (PIN), alias, email address, phone number, username, home terminal, access to ELD and other driver-specific applications.

Adding or Modifying Driver Profiles

1. Click the Driver menu in the Depot menu bar.

2. Click Add Driver to add a new driver. Click the driver name to modify details.

3. Enter driver information in the right pane. The profile panel is divided into four sections. Required fields are listed below.

Personal

Driver name Alias
Mobile Number
Email Address

Driver name and alias are required for identification and reports.
Mobile number and email address are optional.
LoginDriver PINRequired for ELDA four (4) digit unique number to enable drivers to login to the Ehubo2
Driver Logbook EditsRequired for Driver AppToggle on to enable drivers using the EROAD Driver app to edit their logbook entries if they are using the mobile application.
Organization Home TerminalRequired for ReportingSelect from the list to assign the driver to a specific Home Terminal within your organization.
FleetsSelect from the list to assign the driver to specific fleets that created within your organization.
ELD SettingsELD ExemptToggle on if the driver is exempt but you must provide a reason. Usually used for short-haul drivers (for whom the ELD mandate is not required), drivers using pre-2000 vehicles, or mechanic
Personal Conveyance AllowedToggle on if your organization allows personal use.
Yard Moves AllowedToggle on if your organization allows yard moves.
Hours of ServiceHOS CycleThe driver inherits the organization HOS cycle, but you may select another from the driver panel if a specific driver operates outside of your organization cycle.
Permitted Exemptions and ExceptionsShort Haul ExemptToggle on if allowed by your organization.
HOS counters display 11-hr driving limit, 14-hr shift time, and 60/70-hr (week) limit; the driver is not prompted to take a 30-minute break after accumulating eight hours of drive time.
16-Hour Exception

Toggle on if allowed by your organization.
This is applied when the driver operates under Interstate or 30-minute rest break exempt rule sets; it extends the 14-hr driving window to 16 hours; automatically removed at the end of the day.

30-Minute Rest Break Exempt

Toggle on if allowed by your organization.
HOS counters display 11-hr driving limit, 14-hr shift time limit, and 60/70-hr (week) limit; the driver is not prompted to take a 30-minute break after accumulating 8 hours of drive time.

Adverse Condition

Toggle on if allowed by your organization.
This extends the driving and shift time limits by 2 hours; the HOS counters display 13-hr driving limit, 16-hr shift limit, and 60/70-hr (week) limit.

Oilfield operations

Toggle on if allowed by your organization.
This is applied for drivers, who are engaged in oilfield operations. Once this exemption is enabled, the Off-duty waiting time toggle becomes available. Note: Other exemptions are not available to the driver if Oilfield is enabled.

Toggle on if allowed by your organization.
The Oilfield operations toggle must be enabled in order to display the Off-duty waiting time exemption toggle. This displays OFF WT as an optional duty status.

LicensesLicense or Qualification TypeRequired for ELDEnter all license or qualification type. License ID numbers are required for drivers to login to an EROAD in vehicle device.
ID NumberRequiredEnter the license or qualification identification number.
Classification Enter the classification code.
Issuing State Required Enter the name of the state.

4. Click ADD/UPDATE to save the data.

Deleting Driver Profiles

Perform the following steps to delete a driver profile from the Driver menu or the Administration / Driver menu in Depot.

  1. Click the Driver menu in Depot.

  2. Click the checkbox beside the driver(s) names you want to delete. The trash can and a confirmation notice are displayed.
  3. Click the Trash can icon.
  4. Confirm your selections by clicking DELETE. The driver(s) are removed from the DRIVER list.

Viewing Inactive Driver Profiles

Inactive driver profiles appear in grey italic text in the Drivers list.

  • Click the Action icon and select View Inactive Drivers, if you want to include them in the Driver list.
  • Click the Action icon and select Hide Inactive Drivers, if you do not want to include them in the Driver list. An inactive driver profile can also be reactivated.

Reactivating an Inactive Driver

Perform the following steps to reactivate an inactive driver.

  1. Click the Action icon at the top of the screen.
  2. Click View Inactive Drivers.
  3. Locate the inactive driver in the Drivers list. All inactive driver names are shown in gray italic text.
  4. Click the Reactivate link to the right of the driver's name. The driver's profile is now active again.

Exporting ELD Logs

Perform the following steps to export driver logs or timecards.

  1. Click the checkbox beside the driver(s) name(s) that you want to include in the export file.
  2. Click the Action icon at the top of the screen.
  3. Click Export ELD Logs. The Export ELD Logs dialog box appears.
  4. Click the export option that you want. Choose one of the following options:
  • Email timecard
  • Download driver logs as PDF
  • Email output files
  • Transfer output files to FMCSA via Email
  • Transfer output files to FMCSA via Web Services
  • Select the Time Period that should be included in the file. Choose one of the following options.
  • 8-day view
  • 1-month view
  • 2-month view
  • 3-month view
  • Click in the Email field and enter the destination email address.
  • Click Email at the bottom of the dialog box to complete the task.
