- Just like the Canon ZR960 there is no imaging device identified. My printer is correctly identified as an imaging device. I don't have another desktop to install my Rosewell RC504, so can't easily crosscheck. One question comes to mind, are 'imaging device' drivers supposed to be automatically. Loaded at boot up?
